The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
A request was made from the owner of unit 23 to modify the roof and exterior of the unit. Drawings were submitted and discussed. A review of the scope of work was also undertaken.
Upon motion second and unanimous vote it was agreed as follows:
- Contractor is to provide a liability insurance policy in the minimum amount of $100,000.00.
- The drawings and scope of work is to be revised so that no water is conveyed or placed onto adjoining units or roofs and resubmitted for approval.
- Upon receipt of the liability insurance certificate by the association, the contractor may proceed with the work on the lower sloped roof areas that apparently meet the above guideline.
There being no further discussion the meeting concluded at 9:27 p.m.
