BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Time: 11:50 P.M.
The meeting was called to order at 11:50 P.M. by property manager Ted Miller Jr.
Roll call indicated that the attorney Miguel Wise, property manager Ted Miller Jr. were in attendance as well as Roy Robles and Gloria Sepulveda. There was not a quorum present.
Attorney Miguel Wise and property manager Ted Miller presented reports concerning collection efforts and the status of the foreclosed units in the subdivision. There was no official action taken. Roy Robles requested a follow-up report to be presented at a board of directors meeting to be held later in the month.
No other business was discussed.
