BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 12:15 P.M. by attorney Gary Henrichson.
Roll call indicated that the attorney Gary Henrichson and property manager Ted Miller Jr. were in attendance as well as Eve Pelaez, Miguel Aguirre, and Roy Robles. Wendell Mauldin was absent.
There was an election of officers, and after motion, second and unanimous vote the following officers were elected:
Roy Robles –President
Eva Pelaez – Vice-President
Miguel Aguirre – Treasurer
Wendell Mauldin – Secretary
No other business was discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 12:25 P.M.
